This journal is published and maintained by Vinod Scaria in association with the Center for Cybermedicine and Internet Research.

This web service is created as a demonstration project on new models of publication.It can be better called a "Journal Centered Portal" or "Jourtal". We are also in the process of adding links on related articles and citations to articles which we hope would enhance the reader experience.

This journal aims to be a pre eminent journal in this field by upholding the principles of free and open publishing and  continuous  peer review. This journal has no editor and editorial board. We consider each of our readers as editors, who would contribute their part to the everlasting process research.

Copyrights of articles belong to the authors, and authors are free to republish articles posted to this journal.
