What we publish:
What Authors can Submit
We also accept articles for free archiving in Health library Online provided there are no copyright restrictions and the author does not have resources to publish it Online or at any other free access provider. We usually ask such authors to archive them at any of the archives like Cogprints, or any repository working on an Open Access Initiative [OAI] compliant software like E-prints. Authors may submit links of articles they have published online to be included in Health Library Online using the contact form available. They are also invited to submit commentaries on linked articles. We do not Review articles and we do not have an Editor or Editorial board. Submitted articles will be selected by Vinod Scaria, the Curator of this Journal based on the following criteria.
Noteworthiness suggests simply that the paper has something interesting to say. It does not measure formal correctness, since that is mostly not a major concern in this field, which tends to be narrative and discursive. Nor does it mean that the editor agrees with all that the paper says, as may become evident in the commentary. Typical reasons for omission include poor presentation, poor readability, incoherence, dullness and repetition. How to Submit:

HLO is an experimental project, a demonstration built for evaluation as part of a personal research project. If the utility proves to be useful for authors and users we hope to develop the service.
